DF CYBERSTATION serves retail (B2C) and business (B2B) customers throughout Greece.

Orders are shipped via partner courier or shipping companies, depending on the type and size of the product.

We also offer in-store pickup, subject to availability.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to delays by shipping companies, supplier shortages, extreme weather conditions, or other factors beyond the company’s control.

The company's liability for delivery is limited to the proper shipment of the products in accordance with the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

PRODUCT RETURNS – WARRANTIES

Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition.

This does not apply to custom-ordered products, personalized products, software that has been unsealed, and services that have already been provided.

Product warranties are provided by manufacturers or their authorized dealers and are valid in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.

For repair services for computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment, a warranty is provided only for the work performed and the parts replaced, in accordance with the terms stated on the corresponding receipt.

DF CYBERSTATION is not liable for any loss of data on devices submitted for repair. The customer is responsible for backing up their data before submitting the device.
