To return your computer or laptop, please visit one of our stores, where our experienced technicians will assess your device and perform any necessary checks. The process takes 1 to 3 business days, and you will be contacted by our technicians upon completion of the final assessment. In the event of a disagreement regarding the valuation, your device will be returned to you at no cost.
